Persistent Pain     ✦     Nutrition      ✦      Hormones

Pelvic Floor      ✦      Pain Science      ✦      Nervous System

The physical symptoms

Debilitating period pain

Painful bowel movements

Painful urination

Bloating that makes you look six months pregnant

Fatigue that never seems to lift

Heavy periods

Pain during sex

Ongoing pelvic, back, hip or leg pain

And maybe...

You're relying on painkillers and hot water bottles just to get through the month.

You're waiting for surgery and hoping it'll finally be the thing that fixes everything.

You've tried different supplements, diets, therapies or treatments and still feel stuck.

No one teaches you how to manage the pain.

For many women, pain is one of the most debilitating parts of living with endometriosis or adenomyosis.

Medical treatment remains incredibly important, but many women continue to experience symptoms even after surgery, hormone treatment or other interventions.

That's because persistent pain is rarely due to one factor alone.

Understanding which of these may be relevant for you is the foundation of my approach.

Active disease may be one contributor.

Inflammation may be another.

Pelvic floor dysfunction.

Sleep.

Stress.

Movement.

Changes in the nervous system.

And many others.

Hi, I'm Rachel

I know what it's like to think that finally getting a diagnosis and having surgery will be the end of your pain.

Mine wasn't.

Although surgery was an important part of my stage 4 endometriosis treatment, I continued to experience pain and symptoms afterwards. That forced me to ask a different question.

My Approach

I don't believe there's one single answer to managing endometriosis or adenomyosis.

Instead, I combine functional health, therapeutic movement and pain science to help women better understand their bodies and support the different factors that may be contributing to their symptoms and persistent pain.

01

Functional Health

Supporting your overall health through personalised nutrition, lifestyle strategies and functional testing to identify factors that may be contributing to inflammation, symptoms and persistent pain.

02

Therapeutic Movement

Using Clinical Pilates and Clinical Yoga as practical tools to support gut health, sleep, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing while living with endometriosis, adenomyosis and persistent pain.

03

Pain Science

Translating pain science into practical tools that can help reduce pain sensitivity, support nervous system regulation and improve day-to-day quality of life.

How We Can Work Together

What I Believe

Endometriosis is a real physical disease.
Your pain is real.

1

You'll never hear me suggest that yoga, nutrition or nervous system regulation cure endometriosis.

2

What I do believe is that women deserve better support while navigating a disease that can affect every aspect of their lives.

3

Women deserve care that reflects the complexity of these conditions.
